The rest of the month this year is a perfect time to explore the local natural sites, get the excitement of amazing sports events, watch films and much more. Santa Cruz Warriors vs Birmingham Squadron
On the February 24th, you will have a fantastic chance to witness an exciting match between Santa Cruz Warriors and Birmingham Squadron who are regarded to be the top players outside the NBA. As you can imagine, this is not just some local sports event and you should attend it even if you are not from Santa Cruz or anywhere else nearby. The match will take place on Kaiser Permanente Arena. This is great sports facility located nearby Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
Live music at hotel Paradox
Fortunately, there are still some music events plant for the last days of February and you have a chance to enjoy them. One of the most highly recommended events is the live music sessions organised in Hotel Paradox and, to be precise, in its Solaire Restaurant and Bar. By the way, this is a repeating event held at 6:30 PM every Friday and Saturday. The cycle of these music events will be repeated until the 29th of October.
The music you will be able to listen to while attending the event is Hawaiian Reggae, Jazz, Acoustic Guitar and much more. These sessions usually last for around three hours.
Greater Purpose Brewery
Greater Purpose Brewery is a comedy night, so if you are looking for a chance to have a great lough, you should certainly take into consideration this event which will take place on the 25th of February at 7:30. The place where the event will be hosted is Greater Purpose Brewing Co. The event will show you absolutely new line-ups provided by the comedians from the SF Punchline and Comedy Central, so it is certainly worth to attend the comedy night.

41st Annual Clam Chowder Cook-Off
All of the devotees of chowder should find some spare time on the 26th of February which is the day of the Annual Clam Chowder Cook-Off organised on Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. This event is hosted by the real masters of chowder as well as by amateur chefs who are literally crazy about the dish. Note that this event will take place no matter what the weather will be.
The idea of the event is choosing the best dish and the best chef, so it is going to be pretty exciting. You can also attend the meeting on the 27th of February. The time is the same in the both cases and it starts at 10 AM and ends at 5 PM.
